Hello i use googel translate.

I want to appeal Amunra's decision to close my account. They say it is fraud I have done that is not true. When I won 10000 euros they closed the account. me and my husband have the same address, same mobile number and same mobile phone. It is not illegal. My husband had an account and he ended when he was afraid that Amunra would also close down his account if he won the money. Amunra simply does not want to pay out my profits. I also sent them my bank details, address proof and ID card.

Having reviewed this issue with Amunra, there is nothing we can do to help you. The original account self-excluded. By using a device/details that are associated with a self-excluded account you are in violation of that self-exclusion.
