I deposit to amunra casino via trustly 3.11, but money didnt come to my gaming account, only left from my bank account.I have been contact live chat and they told that their finance department are working on it.Now it is 5.11 and nothing happened ? I have sent several emails and proof of my payment but no answer at all.I have feeling that they stole my money , what can i do ?

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. I got an email from casino today , they informed that my issue is still being checked so,i'm still waiting for the problem to be fixed.
