I didnt get my money since the 28.th of April. The Support told me it will only take 3 days, today they told me i will get my money at 04.05.2021. And they dont know if i have to verify my account. So maybe i will get an email that i have to verify my account at the 04.05.2021 and they will hold back my money again. Its absolutely disgusting.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
