Hi it's not really a complaint but more of a question. Is there a protocol about withdrawal? I won in total 17000 euro. They paid 5000 already but it takes weeks to payout. I can only withdraw 1000 euro per withdrawal and only 3 withdrawal at once. Is this normal or are there rules in place?
