Hello,

I made a withdrawal request for 320 Euro via Bank Transfer (as the only available option on my screen) on January 12th.

On January 26th and on February 3rd I went to my bank where i presented the documented, but my bank stated- This transaction never came to our bank. After contacting the AmunRa Casino customer support several times and sending my Bank Account statement (on their request) I never took a reasonable explanation, except that I Should wait longer. It has been 4 weeks since my withdrawal request and my money has not yet come on my account.

Please review my complaint and find a fast solution for me to access my money.

Hello,

I want to update you on my withdrawal status. After nearly a month after my withdrawal request, without any explanation the money was back on my casino balance. After contacting customer support they told me that the transaction was rejected by my bank. I have to specify that i visited my bank twice to ask about my withdrawal and they stated that “the transaction never came”.

Amunra casino asked me to request another withdrawal with a different bank account, which i did on February 10th, and was accepted by the casino on February 11th. I am still waiting for the money to show on my account.

February 16th, 7 days after my second withdrawal request with a different bank account and still no money on my account. Customer support still “very helpful” with their only explanation “you have to wait” , even though it has been 36 days since my initial withdrawal request.

February 18th. After i contacted customer support and they told i should get the money on my bank account before February 17th, still NO MONEY on my account.

38 days waiting for my withdrawal. Absolutely unaceptable. The pogg please help me get my money.

February 19th: The money is back on my casino balance, after two different withdrawal requests with two different bank accounts. I got an e-mail from Amunra Casino which asked me to request another withdrawal with a SEPA bank account. I specified to the that my country bank system is not part of SEPA, and none of the banks in my country is a SEPA bank. I do not have any other options available on my screen to withdraw my money (i even sent them a screenshot of my withdrawal screen). I was i able to deposit via Credit Card and Skrill but i do not have the option to withdraw on them, which is against any casino rule. 40+ days after my initial withdrawal i am still waiting for an e-mail from Amunra to send me an option to withdraw my money. They seem to do anything to anything to prevent customers withdraw their money, and their response time is awful.

February 24th: After several e-mails directed to Amunra and several days of silence from them, i received an e-mail telling me they would apply a manual withdrawal to my skrill account. Apparently they remembered that i should i go through the verification process first, which appeared to not be a problem in the two bank wire transfers, which were refused from my banks. I think the first transactions were never processed from Amunra.

Today i got my profile verified and still waiting for the manual skrill withdrawal.

50 days and going...

I received my withdrawal on 25 February manually via skrill, nearly two months after my initial request. I closed my amunra account imediately after.
