Player's Complaint

I’ve got to win after my first deposit in Argo. I won 1 200, this is not small money for me. I got really disappointed when it was cancelled. They wrote me in the email on the 20th of July that my account was duplicate and that my win was cancelled because of that. What does that mean - duplicate? Of what??? My first account in this casino. I looked up their terms and found nothing that would justify what had happened. I am not gonna give up on the money I have won I would like to get it paid to me.

I'll contact the operator to see what we can find out, but I do need to be clear that if you have opened more than one account or are engaged in running accounts under other names we will support the operator and close this complaint without further comment. These practices are clear breaches of terms and conditions and potentially law.
