iv had a withdrawal since 21st march I contacted them on 25th to be passed around on the phone until I was told all withdrawal are on hold until further notice i logged on the 28th to see all my withdrawal had been returned to my account , again I contacted them and was informed there's a technical error and within 15 minutes the funds disappeared from my balance and all I get told is it's under process, it's now the 30th and still no money received, or any email or anything updating the situation
Hi rhino420,
Your balance was generated via the use of a scratch card promotion. This promotion came with clear terms and conditions that stated:
"Both offers can be claimed only once."
Due to a technical error, your account was allowed to claim this promotion multiple times. As such an investigation was conducted which as caused the delays.
Given the above Aspers Casino is enforcing the following term:
"We reserve the right to:
11.4 remove any real money funds or bonus funds or loyalty points awarded to any Player Account that have been credited due to manifest error, game error, mistake or system failure;"
Effectively you are only due any winnings from the first scratch card promotion with those claimed after this point being void.
Please let us know when you receive your funds.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
