Declined - Complaints related to whether UK players should have been prevented from accessing gambling services are reserved to the management of the UKGC.
Read our Atlantic Spins Casino Review.
I was a member of Atlantic spins - a casino owned by AG COMMUNICATIONS. Following a safer gambling convention, I was told that I was member of many AG casinos but was only alloweeb£500 a month across the AG network. I agreed to have this full amount on Atlantic spins and to close all others. I reached that deposit limit earlier this month. However, I logged into 666casino (owned by AG communications) and was allowed to deposit a further £400. This is contrary to what they said. They said I could not exceed £500 a month. As this brand owns over 60 casinos I had no idea it was AG again. They assured me that this was not possible as I could only have £500 across ALL ag sites. They have allowed me to over spend. I contacted live chat and was purposefully put offline and not answers several times. I contacted them again tonight and I have self excluded permanently due to their poor customer service and bad social responsibility. The incident happened on 25/3/23. Please assist as the customer support agents do not want to even tell me who to complain to
If I go on the UKGC website it refers me back to the dispute partner. It says it does not get involved in this type of complaint ???? The casino is refusing to even reply so it appears that nothing can be done.
This casino has allowed over depositing. Please advise a contact email for the relevant UKGC dept as it’s not easy to find.
Hi skaterham,
We have no more information than is publicly available. All we can suggest is contracting the regulator via whatever methods they make available on their site.
Sorry we cannot be of more help.

Hi skaterham - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.
You may find our free Responsible Gambling app BetBlocker useful. It allows users to restrict their internet capable devices from accessing over 18k gambling operator websites for between 24 hours and 5 years.
