I made a withdrawal on 23/08/23 received email saying that they had received my request and would be dealt within 48 hours but by the 25th Aug still nothing so I contacted live chat which the agent said it was with the payment department then on 26th Aug still nothing so I tried to login but whenbi tried it my account had been disabled contact support which I did and the said I hadn't even mad a withdrawal request so I attached the confirmation email in the chat the agent then said they were going to investigate they then came back and they could not discuss further and ended the chat I still not received the money

But I made a mistake the date was 23/8/2023 not 25/08/2023

Thanks for your email. However, we are not looking for the confirmation emails associated with your withdrawal. We are looking for the Live Chat transcript where the agent informed you that you would only receive £60 and would not discuss your account further.

I understand that but you stated in your submission:
