I deposited 3 times on the same day, one after the other.
I have not received the funds into my account nor have they been put back into my bank account.
I have sent 3 emails and spoken to live chat on several occasions and I get no reply from the support team or finance. I want my money back please.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
