Player's Complaint
Avalon 78 allowed Dutch players on their website while it was not allowed. The Dutch KSA (Gambling Authority) is protecting young and vulnerable players from getting in financial problems, especially young minors under the age of 25. Besides that,I got personal offers by email...
Unfortunately I was a victim of Avalon 78's trap, giving bonuses and making it way too easy to spend thousands of euro's. Now I am in big financial problems, and Avalon 78 is ignoring my requests to help me get out of this situation.
I am getting serious problems if I don't pay my bills before the end of this year, which could include that I will get evicted from my house.
I hope we can come to a solution for this issue, the best thing to do is to make it even. The casino never replied to my last emails where I've asked for my deposit and withdraw details,so I don't even know exactly how much money the difference is. Please help me as quick as possible and send the money to my account.

Hi Baguette - welcome to ThePOGG.com.
Please read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that you fully understand how our complaint management process functions.
As we are the ADR for the N1 Interactive Ltd license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.
You can find all the relevant information about this service here – http://thepogg.com/terms-of-use/ and the terms of use for our complaint service here - https://thepogg.com/terms-of-use-for-dispute-resolution-service/
To summarise.
– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .
– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.
– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).
– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.
There are two aspects to your claim.
Firstly - with regard to the Dutch licensing system - Avalon78 hold an MGA license. We act on behalf of the MGA where complaints arise against this operator. The MGA does not place any restrictions on their licensees accepting Dutch players. If you want to contest a refund on this basis, you would have to contact the Dutch authorities. We cannot assist you in this matter.
Secondly - with regard to your claim for a refund on the basis of gambling addiction - there would need to be a clear failure on the part of the operator to adhere to the standards that are laid out in the MGA license before a refund would be due. If the claim is simply that you have overspent, that would not be sufficient. So please detail clearly the grounds upon which you feel you are entitled to a refund.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
