I transferred money on the website and I have no funds, I have been withdrawn from my bank account and I cannot get it back now. I write for support but I haven't received a meaningful answer from them yet. I have pictures of transfers as proof.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
