Hello, i just won 340 euro, and another 50 euro. i deposited 20euro’s and got 20 euro bonus, when i had 420 euro’s i accidently removed the bonu. and then all my money just disappeared !. can i get my money back plz!

Sadly there is nothing we can do to assist you with this matter.

You are free to contact the operator and ask them to restore your balance and they may agree to do that. However, if you have cancelled your bonus before completing the wagering requirements, there are warning alerts before you can cancel the bonus that inform you of the consequences. We have no grounds to require the operator to take any action to undo the choices you have made.
