Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolve their issue on their own.

They denied my whithdrawl, they send me the same answer every time now, i have to fill in the banks fully name and adress, i have done that severel times now, i have even sent them a picture of the banks fully name and adress
