Dear sir/madame,
Last Saturday I tried to make a withdrawal at Avalon 78. However an error occured saying that i had to contact support because of wrong data. My payment method was presaved. I contacted support and they created a case for me (case #: [EDIT]). After 3 days it's still not possible for me to make a withdrawal and it seems to be that I will get scammed, since the support is all the time saying the same that it's still under investigation. They only solution will be to receive my withdrawal manually since the error doesn't dissapear. Could you please help me out? Thanks!

It's still not solved and they keep saying the same stuff day in day out about that there is no update.
How hard could it be to just solve the problem or send the money manually to my bank account?
We could wait till the 24th of September but as I could see it will not be changed around the 24th.
Yesterday eve the provided me with a 'Solution'. I should deposit one more time with the prefered payment method in order to process the withdrawal. So I did via iDeal but when I tried to withdrawal via Trustly or bank transfer it still gave me the same error. I got more and more the feeling that this company is scamming me.. Please help.
PS: I also have screenshots from the chat and the whole transscript.
