Player's Complaint

I deposited with direct transfer, i then tried to Withdraw and when i click in request payout the site redirect me to where i should choose my bank BUT!!

The site freezes and when i return to avalon 78 my money is gone and is pending, after a few hours the money comes back to my casino profile and is declined to process

This i belive is intentional by the site owner who refuses to explain how or why this happened and has given me no guideline as what to do
