Hi.

I have a complain about avalon78.

I am playing on this online casino for over 1 year. Had some winning en losing.

Anyway, i have made some deposits on my private bank account, aswell as my bank account of my company.

Last week i did deposit some money, from the bank account of my company. And won a little. So i did a cashout request.

Now there is a problem, because i did a diposit from my companys bank account. The whole year long i heard nothing about this. Becaus i did not win. Now that i have won some money, they say it is not possible to withdrawal the money. They can only give me my money back of the last deposit.

But this is what i think is normal, and send this aswel to avalon78.

Oke then pay all the deposits back, that are from my companys bank account.

And not Just the last 1.

If i understand correct it is not possible to gamle, with money of my

companys bank account. But i did this, this whole year. Never hear nothing

about it! Until i win. Then there is a problem. Thats never correct, and

not the right way.

In Total the deposit was €640. Not the €50 that i Just received. If avalon

wants to do it the right way, it needs to pay all my deposits. Thats totaly

normal.

If i cant play, than you ass well cant take my money!

Please can you tell me, the right way?
