This is the second time I made a deposit that a bonus gets credited into my account. I kindly asked them to remove it but they never remove it and they deliberatly keep it on your account so that you eventually will use it. Bonus has been credited 2 days ago and Im still unable to play. How is that possible? I never experienced something like it. I want the 68€bonus to be removed

B-Bets inform us that they do not add bonuses automatically. That you have to either select a bonus inside your account before it would be added to your account.
They also inform us that they have removed the bonus for you.
