Player's Complaint
Hey, I've been trying to withdraw my winnings from b-bets since 23th of July, so over three weeks by now. I wanted to do the KYC process even before I won the bets, however the site only gave me an error when trying to do it. Now I've been requested every kind of documents they need and I've been providing all of them. However, the process has been getting slower and slower all this time by their side, while I myself have been sending the answer usually within hours.
The documents requested weren't in the same mail, but they scattered the mails in a way that the process takes longer (for example first requesting documents a and b, then c, then d). The last answer I got took 7 days, and even for that I had to complain to their customer support in their site. However, the last answer I got was also ridiculous: they asked about a bank statement that "may not be older than 2 months and must visibly display the *date of the statement*, *first and last name*, *current address* as entered into the player account and IBAN."
The problem here is that I already sent them bank statements, twice. First they complained that the statement should be max one page. Now they told that this other one page long statement "does not have my address in it" while it clearly does, right under my name.
I don't know if the next answer can be sketchier than that and from my experience it might take a long while once again. I tried to contact the live chat but this time they didn't even answer to me but just stopped the chat.
I hope you can solve this problem. I have a lot of money on their side. Thanks a lot!
