Player's Complaint

I tried to verify my account. I sent all kyc documents. I opened a new bank account because the previus statement was not enough for them( name,address,Swift was not on same pages). I opened New. I thought thats fine, they asked bank card photos from front and back. IT was more Than 3 weeks ago. And no answer. I tried to contact with pc they said they Will answer,but nothing yet.
