Player's Complaint

I would like to make public that I had my balance of approximately 900 euros confiscated by this b-betting site on November 30, 2019. I made a deposit on the site worth 106 euros and then received a bonus of 100 euros . After a few days, I completed the rollover of the bonus and requested a withdrawal of 150 euros. After one week my withdrawal was canceled and my entire balance was confiscated by the site with the argument that I would have placed a higher than allowed bet. I am trying to contact the governing bodies of the site so that I can recover this damage because the b-bets website informed that this decision would be final.

Did you claim a bonus and did your bets at any point during play with this bonus exceed 30% of your total balance?

I deposited 106 euros and received a bonus of 100 euros, totaling 206 euros.The bet that was mentioned by b-bets was 60 euros, ie it did not exceed 30 of the balance.

Hi leandropmpb,

While we have discussed this issue with B-Bet the operator has now become non-responsive to our communications.

Our understanding is that the operator feel you have violated the maximum bet term during play with this bonus - that being 30% of the current balance. We have pointed out to the operator that by using a percentage and basing this on the current balance forces players to recalculate what they can bet after every wager, a practice that is both outwith keeping with standard practice in the industry and unreasonably onerous on the player. Sadly after this communication we received no further response from the operator.

All we can suggest at this stage is that you contact the operator's ADR IBAS.
