B-bets - maximum bet breach
Ruling
Found for the Player - B-Bets are enforcing their maximum bet term selectively only to the promotions where the player won and ignoring those where the operator won. We cannot support this type of inconsistent practice.

Player's Complaint
I played with a bonus and was trying to withdrawal my money after wagering the bonus. I wagered a bonus and asked the live chat if I am able to withdraw my already wagered funds in the case that I claim a new bonus and lose the money I deposit. The answer was "of course" and that I have nothing to worry about.
However, when I lost the bonus and tried to withdraw the funds, the funds were connected to the new bonus meaning that I was not able to withdraw them without wagering again. This led to a new wagering that I did.
When the wagering was done and I tried to withdraw my funds, my withdrawal was declined and the funds were reset. The reasoning by them was that my wagering did not follow their terms.
The problem is that the "breach" they referred happened before I claimed the latest bonus I wagered. This means that when I made a deposit, b-Bets said that they are not paying the money I requested since I had a bonus breach before I even claimed the bonus.
The site also doesn't limit the user's funds in a way that they could only do make the bets with "maximum amount of bonus money" and doesn't inform them if they do that. Only when there is an attempt to withdraw the funds (if that ever happens, and for me it took two wagerings + many many placed bets), they are referring to an old-dated breach and canceling every win that has happened after that, which is illogical.
