Player's Complaint
On 9 January i start to play on this casino.
I've made two deposit of 10 euro just to start.
I won 700 euros and i request withdrawal
On 12 jenuary b-bets request documents. I send all documents and from that day to today i have no news.
I contact live chat three times and they say my documents are under verification
I send two emails and no answer
Can you please help me ? is not possibile in 2020 that they take 3 weeks to see 4 jpg documents.
