Dear The Pogg Team,
I won 5000 Euros at b-bets in September and after waiting for 48 hours they approved and transferred the first 2500 split on 18.09.
5 days later (this is the longest they say it takes to transfer) nothing arrived on my bank account. Until today, no money came and all I hear every day by the customer service is „We will ask the finance department“ or „they are figuring out why the money didnt arrive and are talking to the payout provider“. I think it should not take 2 weeks to send money, also I dont get a meaningful answer, just excuses/ no real answers at all.
The second split of 2500 is due on 10.10. and I havent even gotten the first part.
Note: the customer service in chat and email are very nice, but not helpful (or they also really dont get any answers, I dont know how their system works there).
I would really appreciate if you could help me. It is very stressful to cope with that every day :(
