Goodmorning, I have won 1900 euro and they payed the first 1000 the 3th of this month but never received any money since Thursday last week I'm asking when can I receive the money they said its pay out the 3th and comes 7th or 10 Friday still no money so I ask again and they said latest end 10 June then because of the holiday it became the 11th then it became the 12th then i checked on internet if there were more people with the same problem so i confronted them and how long I have to wait 1 week 2 week 1 month 2 months and they said if it's not there the 12th then you can come back again I sent my bank transfers from 3 th till 12 and haven't get any answer yet so I don't know if you can help me? To speed up the process? Kind regards
