Resolved - BCasino have informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

I send a withdraw and the casino blocked My account saying that My account is in "investigations for withdraw". I have 1 month waiting for My money and they only Say "wait"
The amount that i am waiting is 390€
