Read our bCasino Review.
I won 250 of a 37.50 bonus.
It had 1700 wager requirments.
I played practily all of it on respin circus, £2 spins. Never went higher, so never breached any terms there.
I played a few other games, and one I clicked on said cash only. So I went to live chat to confirm what games I can play, I was told I could play anything, but certain games affected the wagering differently 10% and stuff like that. I had no warning saying I couldn't play any games, and was told by customer support I could play anything.
I end up winning 280 all together, and they instantly take the 37 bonus. OK I can deal with that. I just won 250,and then they want me to verify, OK I send it all over. A few hours later I get a vague email saying I breached terms playing u allowed games. And had my winnings taken. What do I do?
Hi efussell,
I've discussed this issue with the operator and sadly we cannot support your claim.
On the 25/12 you made a deposit of £30 and used bonus code bXMAS25 to receive a 125% bonus. The only place this bonus code was advertised was on the promotional page that included the promotional terms and conditions. Unfortunately you have broken two of the terms associated with this promotion. Firstly you played a disallowed game - Viking Gods: Thor and Loki - almost immediately after receiving the bonus and secondly you have switched between games weighted at 10% and those weighted at 100% which is prohibited.
Given these violations the operator is within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract positions.
Sorry we could not be of further help.
