I'll try and contact the operator regarding this issue but I have to be frank - Bet-At-Home have previously been non-responsive to complaints posted at this site and given that this is clearly a security issue are unlikely to change their position regardless.

How much money has been confiscated?

Could you forward on the email you sent to Bet-At-Home containing your ID to [email protected]?
