Good morning... I would like to complain about Bet nox casino but this casino is not on your list and it is quite famous as it is one of the casinos of Mirage Corporation NV. Below I am posting a complaint about this casino in which everything is described in detail
I have been playing at your casino for about 6 months. I didn't do well at first and I lost a bit.
Later when I made another deposit I managed to win some money, you accused me of cheating with arbitrage which is not true.
I don't know how to play arbitrage with you. I had to read what it was. I only played my bets with you, I did not place counter bets at other casinos.
In the casino, I focus on sports: football, tennis and mainly volleyball.
As for volleyball, these were point handicaps in a given set. I only played bets that I considered profitable.
I only have one account with you. I don't have many accounts. I never took any bonus. I only risked my own funds to play.
When I lost money to you and played the same as always, there were no problems with my game. But when I managed to win a certain amount of money, you accused me of cheating, which is not true.
I am asking for my deposit and winnings to be refunded in full. I won them honestly. If you think otherwise, please tell me the point of the rules that I broke.

is it possible to publicize this matter somehow and ask for the vote of those who grant the license to this casino?
Is it possible to invite some representative of this casino here to speak on this matter and at least explain to me what I did wrong playing with them?

I don't understand how the casino gets a license to continue playing if it [EDIT] its customers this way.
