Player's Complaint

I have now been waiting over 13 days to be paid. The money is still sitting in my players acct. They have sent me messages stating it will be gone for sure in 48 hours and that all my documents were approved. I saved all correspondence with this casino, I've played online for years and years and I've never went through this kind of run around to get paid. I'm beyond frustrated as I was a VIP yet have not been treated like one. I just want my money I won fair and square please help me get it!
