Player's Complaint

Withdrawal requested 08/08/2020. ID requested and provided/approved by 12/08/2020. I still await funds through paypal despite 5 emails confirming the withdrawal is being processed (the automated type). I have been on the chat numerous times and I am being told that they are having issues with the payment type but offer no resolution of definitive date. Note, previous withdrawals have been successful prior to this one.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 28th of August let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.

They reversed the withdrawal and then I lost the funds. Pretty sure they are not meant to reverse withdrawals but I lost the will to complain further as they are the worse company I have deal with.

Withdrawals can be reversed for a number of reasons including incorrect payment information and incomplete verification.

Unfortunately if you have played down your balance there is nothing we can do to help you. Where you play with funds you are making a choice to risk them.
