Since the last year Bet regal has not completed any of the many withdrawals requested
My only deposited method was Neteller and I received some payments using that method but since August they have not completed any payment, they claim "my bank" (they use that name "bank" even do it is my neteller account) and I have asked and reasked Neteller to confirm there are no problems and they have confirmed that, also I have received payments from other casinos. They offered me to use a different payment method, including skrill, so this month I finally decided to use skrill, and made a 10 deposit, play those funds then request a payment and they are claiming the same:

After not receiving my multiple requests to Regal for a withdrawal over many months, Regal finally sent a withdrawal.
I greatly appreciate your help on this matter.
