Bet Swagger - funds deducted

Ruling

Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Bet Swagger to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Read our Bet Swagger Casino Review.

Player's Complaint

Absolutely livid right now.

Been a customer for 2 years, never had any issues. 2 days ago I managed to win 130k over the space of a day through sports bets and a slot game called Money Train.

I got two massive payouts from it totalling 100k, the other 30k was from sports accumilators that I got really lucky with.

Upon conformation of my winnings things started to get weird.

Responses are few and far with vague excuses, and the customer service has been awful in regards to this situation.

My account was first deducted 90k while they conducted an "investigation", and left me with 12k. I turned that into 32k. No warning, Banned From the site. At that point I was getting weak feedback with absolutely no intention of responding.

Absolute joke. Stay away. Dishonest and unfair.

Hi oc1212 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Bet Swagger do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Understood,

However if they are breaking the law, and accusing myself of an act of fraud then surely that can be contested in courtas these are both criminal charges that would need police involved.

As of yesterday, Betswagger agreed to reopen my account, deposit £10k in the there, and then changed the withdrawal conditions so that I could draw it all out asap.

They have just shot themselves in the foot by doing that because they were extremely reluctant to do this when I first enquired about withdrawal limits when I had £100k in my account.

This action coupled with every lie and accusation just proves that it's all about refusal of payment. No crime or anomalies have taken place. I won fair and square.

I've taken the £10k and it's in my bank account already, however this is merely a consolation for 3 sportsbets I put on that did actually return me £10k.

I have let betswagger know that I will continue to pursue this in every legal way possible. I have suggested a settlement figure that I would be more than happy with and which is fair. I'm awaiting a response.

Hi oc2012,

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
