Player's Complaint
This firm over a period of 2 years knowingly allowed transactions from me although having no licence in the UK to do so. During this time they advertised both Gamcare and the gambling commission on their website and also bombarded me with such Significant cash bonuses it kept me playing and made situations much worse. There was zero player protection and I have contacted the UK Gambling Commission who confirm that it was illegal for BetSwagger to transact with me as a UK based player.
I had submitted a complaint via Betswagger who refused to accept a fault and unfortunately never answer questions and secondly, I raised a complaint with Curacao eGaming who are non responsive.
There has been significant losses and a serious of events occured and I am left in mental and financial hardship that I fear I will never recover from. Betswagger acted not just irresponsibly, but illegally and knew it and only made situations worse for me.

Hi p8rkinson - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. As explained in our Complaints FAQs we do not pursue refunds of losses based on lack of license. If your own government cannot prevent unlicensed operators from accepting their citizens, there is no possibility of the operator offering a refund simply on the basis of us asking them to.
You may find our free Responsible Gambling app BetBlocker useful. It allows users to restrict their internet capable devices from accessing over 15k gambling operator websites for between 24 hours and 5 years.
Sorry we cannot be of further help.
