I was deeply affected by a deceptive game that deceived me with promises of fun and entertainment. From the beginning, I was involved in a manipulative plot where the rules were not followed. Here I am, to report my experience about a problem related to gambling with Bet365. I have already raised the issue with this organization and it has not been resolved satisfactorily since 08/28/2023 when I first contacted them. I already exhausted the consultation procedure and finally they opened another consultation to save time, after I started an investigation at ECOgra. They lied and informed me that I would not have resolved it with the company, even though I have the response emails.

bet365 sends two emails with statistics and winning probabilities, however, the case is more serious, as if the game on the date is verified, the presenter constantly encourages players to bet and, informs, makes it clear some bonus times. According to all attached procedures and documents, bet365 is in collaboration with the manipulation and deception of the live casino game called: mega fire blaze lucky ball. What is stated in the image of the game where we bet, that the prizes are 2500x, 700x and 120x on top of the amount bet, which is not true, that is, the bonuses do not even reach half of the values ​​described. Furthermore, following my inquiry, bet365 customer support confirms that times are scheduled and some are spoken during the game presentation. This would be completely illegal as this is a live game. Furthermore, the support service is completely uncomfortable, as it does not provide service protocols, there are no other contact options to check cases and the agents are rude. Due to this entire experience, I request a refund of my deposits made at bet365, as I was affected by all this manipulation, deception, lack of communication and bad faith.
