A short description of your claims:

Hi there

I was a player of (N1 Interactive Ltd) from three weeks now.After opened an account with them,uploaded the documents and made a test withdraw everything worked fine. I play and I loose no problem with that. Used two other CC of my friends to deposit after mine was emptied and they got through with no problems.also send the photos of the other CC i used to deposit.i won and made a withdrawal request,but it comes up I wasn't verified,than i couldn't access the site around 3 Am 3.05.2020,and i woke up with a closing account email from them because they considered me FRAUD. This very disappointing and insulting,just for 4000 Euro they discriminate people like that.i have recorded everything,gameplays,emails,winnings everything. I am from years in a similar industry and I know what regulatory means. I opened an account with them because they were licensed from MGA, because things work the same in my industry. I am not a political person,but i want an answer from them before starting to act in other legal ways.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. Betamo carry the following term:

"Betamo Casino does not accept third party payments. You must make deposits only from a bank account, bank cards VISA/MasterCard, payment systems Skrill/NETELLER or other payment methods that is registered in your own name. If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition then your winnings will be confiscated and original deposit returned to the owner of the payment accoun; Betamo Casino also is not responsible for any lost funds deposited from third party accounts."

If you have been depositing via payment methods that are not in your own name you have broken the above terms. As such winnings will be considered void and deposits will be refunded to the payment accounts.

Well anyway forget the winnings,but they didn't refund any of the credit cards used. Either mine or my family credit cards.
