hello .. last friday and saturday i won a lot of money at Betamo. unfortunately you are locked out without any consultation in a very mean way. this would be discussed at all times between both parties. I have regularly indicated whether they can offer an alternative to park the won money safely and if not could be lost again! all this to stay ahead of the characteristics of addiction! after jackpot winnings of many euros i was removed from the website and banned! and unreachable! I would have asked for exclusion myself! WHAT A HUGE LIE !!! I was also told that I would have won with bonus money. according to the rules you only play with bonus money when your play money has been used up! my balance has not even been below 15,000 euros !! SECOND BIG LIE !! Betamo is not worth the license. can you help me ??

Specifically what reason have the operator given for non-payment? For clarity - bonus rules apply from the point you enter the bonus contract (bonus funds are added to your account) until such time as the wagering requirements are concluded unless the terms explicitly state otherwise. Whether or not you are betting with bonus funds or deposited fund prior to this point does not change the applicablity of the bonus terms.
