Player's Complaint

Hi, I always play with my wife regardless if it's my account or hers, my card or hers and we played also last weekend. I've tried to open one account to your website, but apparently I've used my email on the user name field and now it's blocked so I'm submitting this form with my wife's email.

The last 2 deposits were from my wife's credit card and there was no problem to add money even though the casino account was on my name.

There was no information, no pop-up window to alert us that we cannot use a card that was not matching with my first name.

They let me put money and play many times and when I wanted to withdraw, the accused me of fraud, blocked my account and confiscated the winnings.

There were many tickets open, many email communication and I still don't understand why it's our fault if they don't inform people and block these deposits? How we supposed to know that?

Please help us and assist on these tickets #X8N32 or #H09OM we don't know anymore which one is open.

We also don't know who else to contact anymore, they're accusing us of fraud when we only wanted to withdraw just a part of what we've played so far; there were actually no winning if you compare the amount with all our deposits.

We've also contacted MGA and they advised us to go further with you. To verify, you can contact [EDIT].

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this situation. The Spinia terms of use contain the following:

"Betamo Casino does not accept third party payments. You must make deposits only from a bank account, bank cards VISA/MasterCard, payment systems Skrill/NETELLER or other payment methods that is registered in your own name. If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition then your winnings will be confiscated and original deposit returned to the owner of the payment accoun; Betamo Casino also is not responsible for any lost funds deposited from third party accounts."

If a payment has been made to your account from a payment method that is not in your name sadly you have violated the above term.

If the Betamo Casino does not accept third party payments, why they accepted the deposit? They should not let the user to proceed further. We are in 2020 with full technology to support this kind of enhancement, but I guess that's designed this way in scope to take people's money as there was no information to alert us. Anyway, why the original deposit of 200euro is not returned?
