Player's Complaint

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like an explicit explanation of why my winnings have been confiscated. I don't have a second account. I'm [EDIT] and I have everything sent on legal channels. My profit of 972 euros became illegal confiscated. How am supposed to prove to you that I am not a cheat. I would like to find a solution together with you. I as Austrian citizen would like my original balance of 1200 EUR received. I don't know how you come up with the idea that I have a second account. That is not the truth and they know it too. They wrongly confiscated my winnings for no reason. In this way I would like to try to find a solution with you. Please transfer my lawfully won winnings to me. I want 1200 EUR on my Bank Account.


I want to find a common solution with you. If no solution comes from you, I have to call in my lawyer and take legal action. They are implying that I am a scammer and that I have a second account. That's not the truth.
