Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

After a long period of email traffic, I was accused of fraudulent activity and my account was blocked. The deposit of 1878€ and profit of 122€ were [EDIT] confiscated.

Now I no longer have access and emails are ignored.

Please help.

Dear Ladies an d Gentleman, on your Question what reason the operator has given for non-payment is following: The support wrote me this message on 20/08/08 at 2:06pm: "Dear Player, Please be informed that our security service has identified activity in your account, which is classified as fraud. The Сasino has zero-tolerance to fraudulent actions. Based on that, funds were confiscated and your account has been closed, without any chance of reopening. If we determine in the future that you have opened a new account in our Сasino, the account will also be closed and all funds confiscated. You can get acquainted with the full version of our Terms & Conditions on our website. Keep in mind that you have agreed with our Terms and Conditions during the registration process. This decision was made by the casino's management and is not subject to further consideration. Respectfully, Casino Support Team"

I got all my money back (deposit and winnings).

Immedeatly i logged in and paid out.

100% of the money is now at my bank account

The support wrote me today at 02:00p.m.:

The casino has reconsidered their decision and your account is open and your funds are returned

Support team"
