Player's Complaint


I played in casino Betamo and won but they don’t want to pay out. They said that I have a second account and broke their rules.

I don’t know from the another account and I asked to send me an evidence from the second account but they rejected.

I paid without using any bonus.

I contacted them through mails but they don’t want to pay. I don’t what I can do.

I hope you can help me.

I read a lot online about such problems. That somebody uses more accounts to get the bonus. But I played fair and did not take advantages from any bonus gifts.

Hi ella,

We've reviewed this issue with the operator and sadly we cannot uphold your claim.

You registered your first account on the 24th of October and self-excluded the next day. You then registered a second account - changing some personal information to get past automated detection systems - on the 19th of November.

Alongside the fact that both accounts clearly belong to you, both accounts received deposits from the same payment account.

That being the case there is a clear breach of terms here.

You may find our free Responsible Gambling app BetBlocker useful. It allows users to restrict their internet capable devices from accessing over 12k gambling operator websites for between 24 hours and 5 years.
