Player's Complaint

I got € 50 on my level. At this point in time my credit totaled € 14.600. After a few weeks, I received an email stating that I cannot withdraw the remaining money because I violated the guidelines. So the casino only paid me 24.000 out of 79.000! Then my account was blocked, I have a gambling history to.
