Betamo let me play even thou I was self excluded on other licens-related casino sites. They deny me a refund telling me that they blocked me when I told them about my gambling addiction. Oh well, thats simply not good enough. Their license claerly says that a player that are self excluded on another license-related casino site, should not be allowed to register and play at other license-releated casino sites. Since I was already self-.excluded on alot of other N1 Interactive licensed casino sites, they should have allowed me to register. To inform you, I gave them the exactly same name, e-mail, address, phonenumber, birthday as I gave to the other N1 Interactive-licensed casinos, when I registered.
I specificly asked to get self excluded on all MGA sites, yes. Im not able to play at any MGA licensed site today.

To be clear - under the MGA system there is no universal 'MGA license' self-exclusion. This regulator does not carry a database of self-excluded players and as such this is not possible.
You can self-exclude at individual MGA licensed properties, or across the license holders properties. That means that for a self-exclusion to apply at Betamo you would need to have requested it at Betamo or when self-excluding at another N1 Limited property request that your self-exclusion carry over to all properties on their license.
To clarify - did you make such a request? If so do you have a record of this communication?

Did you request that your self-exclusion be carried over to all properties on the license? If not self-exclusions at other properties on the MGA license would not apply to other properties on the license.
