Player's Complaint

I have every conversation saved screenshot of game with bet history and 1100 in account before playing game in question and only played max 20 spins or 20 hands being it was a bingo game...

So the game I was playing my bet was 1 dollar per card so 4 dollars I had 1100 in account and it was the second game I won 25 then 3rd or 4th hand I win 200 so now I'm playing 2 dollars a card so 8 dollars for all 4 cards 3 games later I got a full card was so excited it was 800 dollars so now my balance should be over 2000 which you cant see on the game no where went back to even look why there no balance and theres not I'm sure everyone likes to see how much money they have I do but theres not so I play another 4 or 5 rounds nothing nothing and 30 couple 12 dollar and my game crashes i had to log back in which was weird then says error when i try to get back on game 10 min later i finally get on game just to finish the one that was half way thru and it claims I have insufficient balance which is impossible I talk with live chat saved everything they were no help claiming they could only see last game I played not my funds or bets but I could and he guided me so I can see. So I go to history and nearly fall over from what they claim the last bet which I got pictures they claim I bet over 500 dollars which is impossible if I max bet it would of been 40 and couoke down from that a 300 a 200 and it is all bull crap and I never changed my bet only from 1 dollar a card to 2 dollars a card not only that I had 1100 before I started and won 800 plus 200 and some other small ones and live chat tells me bad luck I was surprised they didnt help or even look into when I know they can I have all the pics necessary and lots more to say please help this can not be acceptable
