Player's Complaint

Dear Sirs and Madames,

I would like to complain that Betamo accuses me of having double accounts. But this is not the case. My partner has registered with Betamo and since you are not allowed to pass your account on to third parties, I have created an account myself. From Betamo's General Terms and Conditions:


Each player can only create one personal user account. Please note that the casino reserves the right to refuse to refund the deposit if a duplicate account is found. The creation of multiple user accounts by one player can result in the termination of the accounts and the suspension of all withdrawals. The player may not grant third parties, in particular minors, access to his user account or allow them to use the website. The website can only be used for personal and not for commercial purposes.

And there is nowhere in the terms and conditions that a household may not register individually. Otherwise it would make no sense if only one account per household may be passed on to third parties according to the terms and conditions. And nowhere in the terms and conditions is written that it applies to each household. We have never discussed anything or done anything illegal.

We can prove that everyone played alone.

I can also prove that I was already registered with other online casinos.

I accuse Betamo of acting fraudulently, when registering and with my documents I should have noticed that I and my partner live in the same house, but you only wrote to me after I had already deposited € 1053 and wanted to withdraw € 1400.

Now they have retained everything and that is not possible.

But I can't agree with them. I hope you can help me there.

I don't have the accused fraudulent intentions.

I have followed the terms and conditions.

The player must register personally by following the on-screen instructions.

Any income, winnings or bonuses that the player has received or accumulated during the period in which the double account was active can be reclaimed by us and the players undertake to request, on request, all funds withdrawn from the double account have been refunded. You need to manage your account and keep your information up to date.

Hi katja,

In that case sadly there is nothing we can do to help you. The Betamo terms and conditions are as follows:

"1a. All bonuses can only be used by one person/on one device/from one IP/from one browser."

If you've both claimed the same bonus then you have breached the above term.

Sorry we cannot be of further assistance.
