Betamo - My payment has been withdrawn


Found for the Casino - This player has used a payment method in someone else's name. This is clearly prohibited in Betamo terms and conditions.

Player's Complaint


I signed up at betamo and ordered my first deposit via my account of € 20, only the system has still not booked it, it is still pending and can still be viewed in the course of the account movements, please check. I then used our credit card, it worked perfectly, won something and would like to have it withdrawn.

Now the amount is canceled because I have given the wrong address.

[EDIT] is the place of residence and company headquarters and [EDIT] is the second place of residence with my wife, I sent betamo both addresses by document now saying that they can withhold my winnings. Please help with clarification.

Hi murat,

I've discussed your claim with Betamo Casino and unfortunately we are not going to be able to uphold it.

The Betamo terms and conditions include the following:

"Betamo Casino does not accept third party payments. You must make deposits only from an bank account, bank cards VISA/MasterCard, payment systems Skrill/NETELLER or other payment methods that is registered in your own name. If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition then your winnings will be confiscated and original deposit returned to the owner of the payment account, also Betamo Casino is not responsible for the lost funds deposited from third party accounts."

The Mastercard that you used to make your deposits was in someone else's name. As such this breaches the above term and voids any transactions that took place based on these deposits.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.
