I have money I want to withdraw but for the past 2 weeks there has been no bank transfer option available. Customer service hasn't told me if it will b back or when and just recommended using other withdrawal methods which I have told them I can't use due to only having a Mastercard. If bank transfer isn't going to be available I want to close my account but how will I empty my account?
Update. They converted my currency to Euro so that I was able to withdraw my winnings via nettler but I would still like to know when bank transfer for nzd is coming back or why it just got taken away with no warning to players.
