Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to assist you in this matter. There is no way for anyone to distinguish between you playing and your son playing when he uses your details and has access to your payment information, which you are responsible for keeping secure.
Regardless of which regulatory system reviews this matter, there is no basis for a refund in this scenario as every losing parent could then simply claim that their child engaged the play in their name.
All we could recommend is that you ensure that you do not allow your son access to your private payment information in future.

But i never got a warning or an email that my documents where used or aproved by an online casino, isnt there a rule they need to get something of an warning?

How would the operator contact you other than on the email that your son used when they registered the account? They only have the information that the person registering the account provides.
