Betamo - Payback not received

Ruling

Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

Player's Complaint

I made a deposit of 20 euro at the 7the. But still its not put on my account. Something went wrong. So i contacted betamo, they sad wait 5 days and it wil be back on your bank account. I had to show the payment. So i proved it. Now, after 10 days stil no payback. They want to see my bank account with all my information from the 7the until now. I asked them why???? But no answer. I asked for proof that it is paydback but they wont do it. I dont care about the 20 euro but the principal is more important to me.
