Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

I can´t cash out my funds without providing unnecessary information with risk of identity theft.

I am NOT comfortable sharing said information and request a cash out to the credit Card I made the deposit with or to another transaction platform such as paypal
